An exciting approach that rethinks occupational safety. <strong>Dominik Graner<\/strong>, Head of HSEQ Europe at <strong>JELD-WEN<\/strong>, explains in an interview why safety culture is developed not through control, but through genuine listening and active role modelling.<br><br>He shows how managers can positively influence the behaviour of their employees through targeted observation, feedback and recognition, thereby preventing accidents in the long term.<br><br>Graner emphasises that anyone who takes safety seriously must question processes, involve people and rethink responsibility. Behaviour Based Safety is much more than a theoretical concept.
